Your privacy is very important to Wm. Magner Ltd. ("Magners"). We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how Magners collects, protects, and shares information when you use the website http://www.magners.com/ (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy also explains your choices for managing your information preferences.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is Wm. Magner Ltd. of Annerville, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

This Privacy Policy applies to all persons that visit the Site.

Information Magners may collect from the Site

Where we store Data

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services. We keep data collected via our Site including user behaviour data, that we control for no longer than two years.
